If you use Outlook to manage your lists of contacts, you should know about BoomerangSync. A Microsoft Windows application, BoomerangSync installs on your PC and allows you to synchronize your contacts with Boomerang. It uploads your database. Then after any email job completes, it puts all of the results such as open, click-throughs, and forwards back into Microsoft Outlook.

If you organize your contacts into Outlook's categories, BoomerangSync will also create individual lists in BlastWizard out of each category. When it comes time to send a message and you only want to send to certain categories, you can choose the previously "segmented" category lists and only send to the people you want.
