of monthly revenue for active referred accounts (default start level for all partners)

of monthly revenue for active referred accounts.

|
Partners maintaining more than 40 paying accounts, share 40%
of monthly revenue for active referred accounts.

Note: Active referred accounts are accounts that
purchased a service plan and have not suspended for a period exceeding 120 days.
