If you find that you are consistently running out of emails on your current monthly Service Plan, it's probably a good idea to upgrade to the next tier to save time and money. Upgrading with Boomerang is easy; simply access your account information in the "My Account" section of the application (located in the left-hand navigation area).
Within "My Account" you will find a section called "Billing", in which you will have the option to change your Service Plan. If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan before the twentieth of the month, Boomerang will immediately charge the credit card that we have on file for the cost of new plan and will add to your available balance the total number of emails in the new plan. You will then have until the end of the month to use all of the emails in your account. At the beginning of the next month your credit card will be charged the full amount of the new plan.
If you upgrade after the twentieth of the month, Boomerang will immediately charge the credit card that we have on file the cost of the new plan and will add to your available balance the number of emails in your new plan. But in this case you will have until the end of the following month to use all of the emails before they expire.
In either case, when you upgrade to a new plan we'll bill you the new Service Plan's charge in full at the beginning of the next month.
Details for Downgrading Monthly Service Plan
If for any reason you've overestimated your monthly email volume and need to reduce your Service Plan to a lower tier, downgrading is a snap. Simply access your account information in the "My Account" section of the application (located in the left-hand navigation area).
Within "My Account" you will find a section called "Billing", in which you will have the option to change your Service Plan. When you downgrade your plan it will take effect at the beginning of the next month. You will not receive any credit to your account for emails unused in accordance with our Terms of Use.
